Fundraising Committee The committee organised a sponsored walk in May and a vintage tractor rally in June. Both events were very successful and were very well supported. See some of the entrants for the tractor rally here.
	Building Works Two new classrooms are being built at the moment. The work is progressing very well and it should be completed for September.
Visit to Boora Parklands Our senior classes spent a day working with sculptors in Boora Parklands. It was a wonderful experience and the children really enjoyed making their own sculptures. See some images of the day.
	School Tour See images of our tour to Birr Castle Science Centre and also to Birr Equestrian Centre.
Children in second class, with their teacher Mrs. Egan and Fr. Meade, made their First Holy Communion on April 26th in Mountbolus.
	Congratulations to the children in sixth class, who were confirmed in Mountbolus on March 6th.
K'nex Challenge Congratulations to Kevin Ryan and Dean Watkins, winners of the k'nex challenge which was held in the school in February. Their winning car is pictured on the right.

Christmas 2007

The children filled shoe boxes for needy children.       Santa was a very popular visitor!
