Parents Association
The members of the parents association have been very busy of late. Among the activities in December were
-organising Santa to visit the school with a present for every pupil.
-organising a Christmas art competition with prizes for each classroom; winners pictured here>>>>
- producing a lovely calendar for 2010, on sale in the school for five euro.

Christmas 2009
Santa visited the school much to the delight of all the children. His presence and presents sent everyone off very happy for Christmas.

Infants are on the look out for Santa!!
--as are first class ......
..... and second class!

Offaly Sports Partnership
All children from 3rd to 6th classes took part in a sportshall coaching programme over a number of weeks with Gordon Kennedy. They then went to Tullamore for a blitz with other schools and had a wonderful day showing off the techniques they had learned. Click here to see more photos of our athletics.

Hallowe'en
Our children dressed up for their Hallowe'en parade. Click here to see photos.

County Hurling Final
Our children dressed up in the club colours to celebrate Kilcormac Killoughey's appearance in the county final against Tullamore. We even had a couple of very welcome Tullamore supporters in our midst!

Unfortunately our team was beaten by a very good Tullamore team. Well done Tullamore, better luck next year K.K.

Ms. Quinn organised a basketball league for all children from third to sixth classes. It proved to be very popular with Team Waterford just winning out in the end.
Wizard William
Children of all ages greatly enjoyed the visit of the West Midlands Theatre Company with their show 'Wizard William'.
